Tomislav Merčep is thought to have killed 48 civilians

According to Croatian 24 hour news portal 24 hours, Tomislav Merčep is alleged to have killed or tortured 48 civilians in his capacity as a “special” adviser to Croatian Ministry of Internal Affairs prior and during the recent war in Croatia.
